Set up in three steps
No wiring between the roof and the house. The radio does that.
After fitting, open the app and enter two numbers. Distance at full is from the sensor down to the water when the tank is full, and Distance at empty is down to the bottom. Keep at least 25 cm between the sensor and full water. Readings are accurate to ±5 cm.

Questions before you buy
Does it work when the internet is down?
Yes. Readings travel by radio from the tank to the hub, so the hub keeps showing the level and sounding alerts. The app catches up when the internet is back.
Will it work on an underground sump?
Yes, with the Modular kit. Keep the main unit above ground and put the panel in the sun on its 1 m cable. No sun at all? Charge it from a 5 V USB charger or power bank with the cable in the box.
How accurate is it?
Readings are accurate to ±5 cm. Keep at least 25 cm between the sensor and the water when the tank is full.
Does it work with Home Assistant?
Yes. A free integration finds the hub on your Wi-Fi and talks to it directly. There is also MQTT and a local REST API, so it works with Homey, openHAB and Node-RED too.
Can I add more tanks later?
Every hub shows up to 6 tanks. For this first batch TankSync is sold as a complete kit. Extra tank units go on sale later.
Is there a subscription?
No. Lifetime Pro is included in the price.
