Shipping policy
Thanks for shopping with SmartGhar. Here’s what to expect after you place an order.
Order processing & dispatch time
We build TankSync in small batches to keep quality high, so please allow 20–25 days for your order to be prepared and dispatched after your payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Pre-orders
Some items are sold as pre-orders with an estimated dispatch window shown on the product page. Pre-order dates are good-faith estimates and may shift; we’ll keep you updated. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund any time before it ships (see our Refund Policy).
Where we ship
We currently ship within India and to selected international destinations, including the United States, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. If your country isn’t available at checkout, email us at support@smartghar.org and we’ll see what we can do.
Estimated delivery time (after dispatch)
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed:
- India: approximately 3–7 business days
- International: approximately 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance
Shipping costs
Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. For international orders, shipping is included in the product price unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
Prices shown do not include import duties, customs fees, or local taxes that your country may charge on delivery. These are set by your local authorities and are the recipient’s responsibility. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to begin updating.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We’re unable to take responsibility for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout; reshipment may incur an additional charge.
Delays, loss, or damage in transit
All delivery times are estimates, and we’re not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@smartghar.org and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
