Shipping and Delivery
Every TankSync unit is assembled and bench-tested by hand before it ships, so delivery takes longer than pulling a box off a shelf. Here is exactly what to expect.
Free shipping across India
Shipping is included in the price shown on the product page. Nothing is added at checkout, whatever you order and wherever in India you are. There is no minimum order value and no surcharge for remote pin codes.
We dispatch through Delhivery and Amazon Shipping, and pick whichever serves your pin code better.
How long delivery takes
Kits from the first batch ship from December 2026, in the sequence orders are paid. The time until then covers building your unit by hand and bench-testing it. Once we hand the parcel over, the carrier usually takes 3 to 7 days. It is not a warehouse pick, and we would rather quote it honestly than promise two days and miss.
What happens, and when
If your parcel has not arrived within 10 days of the dispatch email, email orders@smartghar.org with your order number and we will trace it for you.
If the window is going to slip
Components come from suppliers, and occasionally a batch lands late. If your order is going to miss its window, we write to you before the date passes, tell you exactly what is holding it up, and offer a full refund as the alternative to waiting. You will not have to chase us to find out where your unit is.
Your address and phone number
Please check that your shipping address and mobile number are complete and correct before you pay. Our carriers require a contact number on the label, and the delivery agent usually calls before arriving. An order without a reachable number cannot be dispatched.
We cannot take responsibility for a parcel sent to an address entered incorrectly at checkout, and a reshipment may carry an additional charge.
Pre-orders and batches
Pre-orders are open now. The batch is 100 kits, and kits ship from December 2026.
Orders are dispatched in the sequence in which they are paid, so ordering earlier means receiving earlier. Each kit is made to order, so an order is final once placed.
We build in capped batches so that every unit can be hand-checked and the firmware stood behind in the field. Each batch is capped at the number of units we already hold components for, so we never take more orders than we can build. It is slower than holding stock, and it is the reason the first kits ship in December rather than the day you order.
Shipping outside India
We ship within India only. We are not shipping internationally at the moment.
We expect to open overseas orders after October 2026, once the current production batch is cleared and export documentation is in place. We would rather not take your money for a delivery we cannot yet stand behind.
If you are outside India and want to be told when we open, email orders@smartghar.org with your country and we will add you to the list.
Wrong address
Email orders@smartghar.org as soon as you can.
Before dispatch we can change the delivery address. After dispatch the parcel is with the carrier, and we can only help you redirect it. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, because each kit is made to order.
Returns and warranty
A parcel that arrives damaged, a dead unit, or the wrong item is our problem to solve, at our cost and in both directions. A hardware failure inside 12 months is covered by the warranty: you send the unit to us, and we repair or replace it and ship it back to you free.
We do not accept change-of-mind returns once a working unit has been delivered. If you are unsure whether TankSync suits your tank or your distances, write to us before you order and we will tell you honestly.
