Pre-order shipping & support

If you're pre-ordering for the July 2026 first batch:

  • You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately
  • A shipping update email goes out the week before your kit ships
  • Tracking link arrives on the day we hand the parcel to the carrier
  • For questions on your specific order, email with subject Pre-order: [order number from confirmation]

TankSync firmware (AGPL-3.0) and hardware (CC BY-SA 4.0) are public on GitHub. Pull requests welcome. If you're building something on top of the SmartGhar ecosystem or need help with a self-host deployment, reach out — we love hearing about it.
