When it ships

Kits ship from December 2026, in the sequence orders are received. TankSync is assembled and bench-tested by hand in small batches rather than pulled off a shelf, and the time until December covers building your unit and testing it before it ships.

Your hub is registered to your order the moment you buy, so Lifetime Pro is ready the first time you power the device on. No claim code and no manual setup. Pairing takes seconds: hold the hub's touch pad, tap the tank unit, and your tank appears on the hub.

We dispatch through Delhivery and Amazon Shipping, and email you a tracking link on the day your parcel is handed over.

What happens if a date slips

These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees, and components come from suppliers. If your order is going to miss its window, we write to you before the date passes, tell you exactly what is holding it up, and offer a full refund as the alternative to waiting. You will never have to chase us to find out where your unit is.

We cap each batch at the number of units we already hold components for, so we do not take more orders than we can build.

Why we run batches

Capping a batch lets us hand-check every unit and stand behind the firmware in the field rather than shipping into problems we have not seen yet. It is slower than holding stock, and it is the reason the first kits ship in December rather than the day you order.

Can I cancel?

No. Each kit is made to order and we buy its parts as soon as you order, so an order is final once placed. If we cannot build or ship your order, or it is going to miss its window and you would rather not wait, we refund it in full. Orders placed on or before 14 October 2026 keep the terms they were sold under, so one of those can still be cancelled for a full refund until dispatch. After delivery we do not accept change-of-mind returns, so if you are unsure whether TankSync suits your tank or your distances, ask us before you order. A damaged parcel, a dead unit, or a hardware failure inside 12 months is our problem to solve, and we solve it. See the full returns and warranty policy.

Are you shipping outside India?

Not yet. We ship within India only, and plan to open international orders after October 2026. If you are overseas, email orders@smartghar.org with your country and we will tell you when we open.
