When do pre-orders ship?

First production batch: July 2026. Orders ship in the sequence they're received — first paid, first dispatched.

Each kit's hub MAC address is registered to your account the moment you order, so your Lifetime Pro subscription is ready to activate the first time you power the device on. No claim code, no manual setup.

Batch caps — why we're limiting the first batch

We're capping the first batch so we can hand-QC every unit and stand behind the firmware on the field. The second batch (October 2026) will be larger.
